Started and managed CPA firm providing a full range of accounting, tax and management advisory services for individuals, commercial and not-for-profit organizations. Member of American Society of Appraisers specializing in business valuations.
LEDDY, RICHARDS & CO., 1986-1988 - MANAGER
Established a micro-computer consulting division. Responsibilities included all elements of client interface, specifically monthly accounting and tax compliance, preparation and review of financial statements, and corporate and individual tax planning.
WARNER LAMBERT CORP., 1983-1986 - ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities included supervising staff of six, including managing 40 million dollars in inventory, reporting directly to upper management on a monthly basis in regards to budgeting matters. Implemented inventory management system which included training and design.
